The scan automatically starts the critical Child Found incident and alerts the guardian. No extra finder confirmation is required.
The finder goes straight to the live safety session. The same device can reopen it using its Finder Recovery Pass.
The main guardian and approved backup guardians receive the Child Found alert. The main guardian can open the live incident and respond.
The finder gets safeguarding guidance, guardian-approved contact options and can send short safety updates or an optional current location.
A signed-in guardian can create a short-lived six-digit handover code. It supports verification but never overrides a real safeguarding concern.
Once the child is safely returned, the guardian closes the finder incident and RelayID retains its safety timeline.
Item and Child Safety profiles keep owner account credentials private. Guardians control the public contact routes and essential safety information shown to a finder.
